Example Fanart Post~
Hello there! Just here to provide an example for fanart and other image based fan created material posting etiquette for those new to DreamWidth!
Title: Akoya Bust
Media: Photoshop trial, Intuos 2
Time: Spread over about 2 days
Link: Tumblr; Pixiv

Normally, here, you'd post some comments about your picture. As a quick note, the optional stats mention with some brief information on your work is usually more for fanfiction, but it can also be done for fan art and fan resources, such as icons. ^.^
Some helpful guidelines for posting fanart:
- If you choose to do the optional stats list, it's good to link back to your pages. This gives broader visibility to your work!
- Include a smaller preview image and then place your image under a cut. This is to prevent page stretching.
- If your picture(s) has some questionable content, it's good to mention it as a warning on your cut or subject line.
And that's it! The rest is up to you. ^.^ Have fun!
So, this picture may not be much, but it's the first colored illustration I've done in years. I almost gave up a good eight times or so, ha ha, but I'm glad I pressed on to finish it. I hope you enjoy it! ^^
